Working model
How we work
- Full-time or freelance/contract—we're flexible on working arrangements
- Remote-friendly; strong written communication and decision notes
- Fast iteration with clear reviews and safety guardrails
- For some roles: onsite kickoff + periodic alignment sessions are a plus
Senior Architect / Tech Lead
- Own end-to-end system design for sensitive data + permissioned sharing
- Define stable API contracts and enforcement boundaries
- Guide delivery, reviews, and unblock junior engineers
Senior Backend (Permissions + Data Sharing)
- Implement request-time enforcement (expiry/revoke/recipient binding)
- Design safe audit events and consistent deny reasons
- Strong tests for edge cases and regressions
Platform/DevOps (Security Foundations)
- Environment separation, keys/secrets hygiene, monitoring
- Production readiness and operational guardrails
Privacy & Security Review (Consultant)
- Review access control and data handling for common risks
- Produce prioritized findings + actionable fixes
QA / Test Automation
- End-to-end API test coverage for permissions and auditability
- CI integration to prevent regressions
