Consultant

About the role
We're looking for a privacy/security consultant to review a sensitive-data system and help ensure we don't leak personal data and that common security risks are addressed. You'll deliver a prioritized, actionable findings list and help validate the approach.
What you'll do
- Review how sensitive data is handled and identify common risk areas
- Review access controls (who can access what) and spot typical mistakes
- Validate privacy basics (removing personal identifiers; minimizing shared data)
- Produce a prioritized findings list with clear recommended fixes
Required (must-have)
- Has reviewed sensitive-data systems and can spot common security risks
- Understands access control review and typical failure modes
- Understands privacy fundamentals (remove identifiers; minimize sharing)
- Can deliver actionable, prioritized remediation recommendations
Nice-to-have
- Experience running threat modeling sessions
- Experience reviewing audit history / access history features

- How do you prioritize findings for a small team so the most important fixes happen first?
